Our Story
Bucephalus Consulting is a boutique consultancy launched at the back end of 2019 and founded on the backdrop of cross-industry experience and a real passion to make a difference to the organisational landscapes and individual’s aspirations.
Bucephalus founder developed penchant for efficiency improvement & efficacy enhancement back in mid-1990s and has achieved a number of successes across Engineering, BPO, Technology, Housing & Real Estate sectors.
The desire to improve business efficiency has also led to the development of methodologies & toolkits that create meaningful impact and monetise value for investors, business owners and stakeholders.
Bucephalus founder Sid Godbole is a Senior Transformation Executive with over 24 years of cross-sector experience in B2B & B2C in Asia and UK.
Sid has been a member of senior management teams in medium & large-scale organisations for over 20 years. His experience is ably backed by his qualification of MBA (Marketing), B.E. (Industrial Engineering) and accreditations of IASSC Lean Six Sigma Black Belt & PRINCE II Practitioner.
Sid is a former First Class & County Cricket player and an ECB accredited Level 2 cricket coach since 2013.
He is a thought-leader with proven experience in developing strategy in efficiency & value creation, deploying operational roadmaps, setting cross-functional KPIs and improving business performance.
